Richard has over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing, having worked across various media channels. Starting in magazine publishing in sales roles, he went on to IPC Media set up its new B2B marketing division, tasked with promoting a greater understanding and uptake of magazine advertising among agencies and clients, and helping to set the standards for audience measurement. In this role he managed multiple product launches, before becoming general manager of the market-leading multi-media business Bounty.

Richard then moved to Sports Revolution, with an initial remit to add credibility and rigour to audience measurement and reporting, and to develop the professional reputation of the Strategy & Insight team.

After taking on responsibility for all central teams, there followed an ongoing programme of product and service development ahead of the full launch of Stadia Solutions in August 2015.


Gordon has a 19-year board-level track record in leading successful technology companies (both start-ups and acquisitions), holding the ultimate strategic responsibility, managing stakeholders and raising finance.

Since the late 1990s, he has played key roles in delivering ‘industry firsts’ including Europe’s first 3G network (Isle of Man), UK’s first 3G network (Hutchison 3G Ltd) and several Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi mesh projects with Arqiva. His key strengths are the development and commercialisation of the solutions.

Joining Sports Revolution in 2012, Gordon is the architect of the StadiumLIVE product, and has delivered the only fully functioning, commercially ready, HD Wi-Fi solution in any European stadium, way ahead of the competition. Gordon is responsible for ensuring Stadia Solutions is the go to expert in all in-stadia media.

This includes stadium connectivity, smarter fan engagement, inspiring a new fan experience, creating new partner revenue, driving new revenue streams, enabling technology, new transactions and delivering a seamless experience across multiple platforms.

Media Director

Andy joins Stadia Solutions from Sports Revolution where, for four and a half years, he managed club relationships and sales.

Andy has been in sports marketing for 15 years, including time with Havas Sports and Media. Before moving into sport media, he spent over 20 years in media planning and buying, rising to Broadcast Director at the international media network, CIA.

Andy’s role at SR includes buying of club rights, securing sponsorship rights form clubs and federations and agreeing the commercial terms.

His intrinsic understanding of trading, and the excellent relationships he has with clubs and clients has meant that Andy consistently delivers a great return on investment against Stadia Solutions’ contracts.

Commercial Director

James has spent over 9 years working in the sports industry in a variety of roles which has seen him develop some uniquely transferable skills. His career largely begun managing individual talent in various sports including Football, Olympic Sports and Boxing. Having qualified as a FIFA licensed Football Agent, James went onto join Professional Sports Group and then IMG where he was responsible for overall business development and maximising business inventory.

James negotiated and completed a number of significant commercial deals domestically and globally establishing completely new revenue streams. James prides himself on level of service his clients receive, he views them as partners who he wants to work with for the long term rather than on a short term whim.

James applies his knowledge and experience to all current and potential Stadia Solutions partners ensuring that they are maximising the commercial value of their stadiums in a sensible cost effective fashion.

Head of Creative & Scheduling

Mike joined Sports Revolution in 2012 as a Creative Designer, helping to further enhance the LED creative output by incorporating his motion graphics and video skills.

Now as a Senior Designer with Stadia Solutions, Mike is responsible for our creative and operational output in the UK and works closely with clubs and clients to ensure their needs are met for both LED and Concourse TV. Mike’s knowledge of both in-stadia and digital formats has allowed him to work closely with clients to develop dynamic promotional and advertising content.

His experience ranges from producing creative for Premiership Rugby and their partners, working closely with the RFU to develop a range of LED creative for mid-tier and perimeter LED at Twickenham and overseeing the matchday output for both LED and Concourse TV across all of our clubs.

Creative & Scheduling Executive


Possessing invaluable marketing experience from ITV & business intermediaries alike, David's role as a Scheduling Executive consists of liaising effectively with clubs and advertisers in the lead up to match day, ensuring content is scheduled across in-Stadia digital & static formats of LED's, giant screens and Concourse TV. 

His in-depth knowledge of world sport and key understanding of effective marketing campaigns saw him found & develop a highly anticipated sports website in 2015; which went onto welcome a demographic of 15,000+ across media & promotional channels. David also has an interest in consumer psychology, statistical analysis and revenue streams.


Insight Executive

Monika joined Stadia Solutions in March 2016 as an Insight Executive. She obtained a BSc degree in International Economics, Management and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. Her career in sports first started when she became a ski instructor and football coach. She is experienced in sports market data research, sponsorship strategy analysis and event management.

Her role at Stadia Solutions sees her supplying clients with data, market intelligence and post-campaign reporting.

Account Manager

Grahame has over 40 years’ experience in sales & account management. He started his career in Fleet Street in the 1970’s selling advertising in regional & local newspapers progressing in more recent times to data & digital media sales. Grahame has worked for an eclectic mix of businesses dealing in everything from pregnancy & new born babies, specialist DIY &, most recently, engineering.

In the 90’s, he was responsible for the development & launch of Baby Welcome Pack & Baby Welcome Box, the latter being distributed exclusively by Sainsburys.

Grahame, a keen if not so proficient golfer, has joined the Stadia Solutions commercial team working alongside James Cook with a remit of expanding the client base across a variety of sports including football, rugby, cricket & golf.

Poster Estate Management

Without John, none of our poster campaigns would happen. With over 10 years experience, John maintains over 10,000 poster sites across the UK in the Stadia Solutions estate, travelling to all 45 venues on a monthly basis.

He puts up poster frames, maintains the estate, manages our storage facility and knows all of our venues intimately. John ensures all of our campaigns go live when they should do and provides photographic evidence for all clients.

All the venues know John (known to them as Macca) extremely well, and he is definitely the most recognisable face in the business for most of our clubs!


Claire’s chief responsibility is to make sure everything runs smoothly for clubs and advertisers. She ensures that clubs are informed of new campaigns, that artwork is approved and posting visits arranged and deadlines met, to make it seamless for clients’ campaigns to be delivered.

Prior to a career break to raise a family, Claire worked as an Account Director at a top 10 London Advertising agency. She managed TV, press, radio and outdoor advertising campaigns for her blue clip Client’s, making sure they were delivered on time and on budget.
